| BIODIESEL FROM MICROALGAE (A. FURAS and F. MUNCH) |
This Project is a biodiesel production facility that uses microalgae as a source of oil.
The Microalgae needs 1000 times less surface than any other crop to obtain oil and 19 times less water, and does not need fresh water…
The Microalgae does not have an international price as the soybean for example. There are a lot of microalgae species in the world. And they reproduce at a high rate
The microalgae culture needs CO2 to grow. This CO2 usually is taken from a Steam generator close to the bioreactors. The microalgae takes excess of minerals from the water.
ALGASOIL uses the latest technology in burners for an efficient co-generation system.
This Project has 8 Volumes:
Volume 1 - Commercialization Study . Deep commercial viability study. Local and international focus. Considered: local Laws, regulations, international standards and opinions of qualified scientists and researchers.
