This product was designed and developed for a singular customer. It is jus the first stage of a complete automation of a small cookie factory. Many shapes can be produced with this machine. It was originally designed for “O” shaped cookies.

This machine laminates the mixture of flour and water (plus extra components) to its needed thickes and as wide as the trays used to put the cokies in the oven, then the machine cuts the outside shape and expels the center of the cookie in a recycling bin.
The the cookie is deposited on a tray of the size used in the ovens.

All this is manually operated and a very good relationship between cost and benefits.
Easy to transport and can make 66 cookies every 20 seconds (based in a average hand power)

The next stage is to make the outgoing band longer and make it go throu a long oven instead of using the trays, reducing production time and improving efficiency.
